Bruised Credit OK. Must pass background check at the park. $1,150/mo rent includes Water, sewer, lot rent, trash, yard and amenities included. Electric is billed monthly. Limited parking, no large vehicles or work trucks

Total move-in $3,000 plus pet fee, if applicable, AND could be changed based on pro-rated rent or additional requirements. Includes first month's rent.

Small dogs accepted, limit 25 lbs, no aggressive breeds as defined by insurance companies. limit of 1, for $25/mo.

It is a total of $70 to apply per person with TRM and $25 at the park, all adults must apply. Only completed applications will be processed. To apply, please complete the following steps:

Step 1:  Complete the application for $21. Upload requested proof of income and ID. Ensure that you hit "Submit" and the application is in submitted status. 

Step 2:  Check your email and follow the instructions to complete the screening/credit and background request for $49.

Step 3: $25 Park application background check per person at the Park's office IN PERSON.
